ELECTROPLATED - DIAMOND & CBN GRINDING WHEEL

In Electroplated Wheel, the diamond or CBN grains are bonded to the surface of a precisely machined base such as steel using electroplating method. This method makes it easy to fabricate tools with complex shapes because the abrasive grains that are being electroplated follows the shape of the base metal. Electroplated diamond and CBN tools are used for surface grinding, internal grinding, slot grinding and profile grinding.
