HYBRID BOND - DIAMOND & CBN GRINDING WHEEL

The Hybrid Wheel having a hybrid structure of special metal bond and resin bond enables highly efficient and high grade grinding of material that are difficult to grind. Hybrid bonding technology combines the wear resistance of metal bonds with the porosity of resin bonds. The porous structure of the abrasive yields improved diamond/CBN exposure. Hybrid Wheels ensure higher material removal without compromising on the surface finish, while ensuring considerable reduction In cycle times.

Hybrid wheels are recommended for cutting tool manufacturers, diamond for tungsten carbide tools and CBN for HSS tools on CNC machines.
